The center shall maintain a record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. The center did not document the departure time of 4 children 02/17/2026, 12 children 02/18/2026, 6 children 02/19/2026, and 12 children 02/20/2026.
Plan of Correction: 1.A sign has been placed in the front lobby stating all parents must sign their child in and out daily.
2.Notifications were sent to parents via the Brightwheel app regarding mandatory check-in/out procedures.
3.All teachers will verify their individual classes are checked in/out on the
Brightwheel app.
4.William Noble Ill will perform daily audits to ensure every child is
accurately checked in and out.
