Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/10/2023 from 2:40 pm to 3:42 pm, and staff records were checked at the main office on 2/25/2023 from 3:05 pm to 3:25 pm. There were eight children in care, ages 6 years to 12 years of age, in one group under the care of three staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed four children?s records and two staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed playing inside and doing crafts.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
