Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on December 19, 2023 approximately 1:30 pm to 2:05 pm.. There were 56 children and 11 staff present. A walk-through of the physical plant was conducted of two 5 classrooms. The children were observed resting and silent reading.
Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today's visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition. A review on medications on-site.
A review of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
