Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on December 19, 2023 approximately 19, 2023 approximately 1:30 pm to 2:05 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 57 children under the supervision of 14vstaff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
