Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/24/2023 from 11 am until 12:05 pm. There were 8
children present, ranging in ages from two to five years, under the care of the provider. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records, one staff record, and one household record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
