Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was conducted 5/6/2024 regarding allegations of age of staff, appropriate supervision, and ratio. Interviews were conducted, observations made throughout the center, and documentation was reviewed. There was a preponderance of evidence regarding the age of staff allegation, therefore, the complaint is determined be valid. There was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegations regarding appropriate supervision and ratio.
