During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/21/2025 and completed on 02/25/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 AM and ended at 11:30 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 34 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 staff on-site and 2 board officers. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The evacuation drill log was missing the following: number of staff participating, time it took to complete the drill, any special conditions, problems encountered, and method used for notification of the drill.
