Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection at 3:50pm. Observed 42 children + 3 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed arriving to and departing from the program, washing hands, eating snack, drawing, playing table games and going to the gym for active play. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities. The program areas were found to be clean, organized and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children.
