Inspector Notes

Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on 06/05/2024 from 4:15pm to 5:11pm, observing 29 children with 3 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. During the inspection, children were observed arriving and departing, eating snack, coloring, reading, playing table games, and engaging in active play at the gym. The program areas were clean, organized, and well-supplied with toys and equipment for children. No areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found.
