An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 09/19/2024 and completed on 09/19/2024, as a part of the current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:15am and ended at 7:55am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.
