Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on January 29, 2025 and completed on January 29, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:36am and ended at 10:22am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 49 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review and a tour of the facility.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The required ratio for children school age eligible up to nine years is one staff per eighteen children.

Staff #1 and #2 were observed supervising forty-nine children (youngest child five years old) from approximately 9:36am-9:43am.
Plan of Correction: Will follow staff-to-children ratio requirements.
