Staff #2 was observed using remarks in a harsh tone such as "get away from me", "did you use the crayons" and calling a child by their middle name after being asked to stop. Staff #2 told the child "they were going to tell the school the child's middle name over the intercom".

Plan of Correction: I have spoken with Staff #2 regarding their interactions with participants and addressed concerns about their use of unprofessional language and tone. Expectations for professional communication, appropriate conduct, and respectful interactions with participants were clearly reviewed, and they were advised that all future interactions must align with organizational standards and program guidelines.
