Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted today, September 7, 2022. There were 16 children present with 3 staff supervising. The physical plant, the first aid kit, menu's, emergency preparedness procedures, children's records, bathroom and evacuation drill logs were reviewed. Children were observed hand washing, reading bookings, interacting with staff and a group was observed going to the gym. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice. Based on a review of children's records, the center failed to obtain required documentation for each child enrolled.

Evidence:
Child #2's record does not have documentation of address for parents or the child.
Plan of Correction: Provider states that she will get the information from parents and place in the child's file.
