An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/23/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:20pm and ended at 2:10pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on 9/23/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
