Plan of Correction: We are currently waiting for the updated background check. She has been working for me for over 15 years, so this is simply a routine update.

Caregivers shall meet the requirements for background checks.
At 11:43 AM Caregiver B was working alone supervising children and does not speak
English. Inspector used translation services to communicate with the caregiver.
Caregiver B did not have current background check results on file.
Plan of Correction: The caregiver is currently taking English classes and communicates with parents daily. In addition, a new assistant will be hired.
