Inspector Notes

An unannounced mandated inspection was completed on 4/15/2024 from 1:20pm until 2:20. There were 10 children and two staff present. Five children?s records were reviewed.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation (s) were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center did not follow the required nutritional elements of USDA.
Evidence:
Children were served water and chips as an afternoon snack.
Plan of Correction: the snack menu will be changed to include two of the five required elements.
