Inspector Notes

A monitoring renewal complaint inspection was conducted; there were 6 children present with three staff supervising. Children were observed eating snack, participating in a drill, and dismissing for the day.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence:
1. Child #5 did not have proof of ID.
Plan of Correction: Parent will provide proof of ID and if not a letter will be sent to the Buchanan County Sheriff's Dept. with the child's name.
