An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/04/2026. The on-site inspection began 11:00 and ended at 1:00. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed #5 children?s records and 5 staff records electronically. This inspection included: document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, tour of the facility, interviews, observations , and measurements
