A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.

The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
The record of daily attendance for 07/21/25, and several weeks prior did not document the arrival and departure of each child in care each week. Five children were observed in care on 07/21/25.

A written care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
The record of Child #3 indicated the child has a diagnosed food allergy, but a written care plan is not on file. Child #3 was in attendance during the inspection.
