Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 10 children 25pts) with 3 staff present today. The children were in two groupings. The older children were observed sitting at tables completing an art project with staff, engaged in table top activities such as magnets, dolls or drawing. The younger children were on the floor crawling or interacting with staff with toys. Two cribs in use currently which are located upstairs. Observation of both cribs and the upper level of the home was observed. No medication needs at this time. A total of 4 children's records were reviewed. No new staff since the last inspection, all background checks and health records remain current. This inspection occurred between 10:20am and 12pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
