Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-420-E-1
Based on a review of records and staff statement, child records did not contain documentation of the time spent on their stomachs daily.
Evidence:
2 infants that require 30 minutes of "tummy time" daily, did not have the time spent on their stomachs documented. (Children #1, 2)
Plan of Correction: Staff were reminded during the inspection to document the time infants that cannot roll over, spend on their stomachs.
