Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 23 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:45pm. There were 90 children in the direct care of 19 staff members. Children were observed being diapered, napping, and quietly resting. A review of emergency drills, staffing records, child records, emergency supplies, and the physical plant was conducted.
