Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted March 19 2024 between 12:45pm and 2:00pm. There were 97 children in the care of 21 staff members. Children were observed quietly reading, napping, and infants were having tummy time. Staff records, child records, emergency drills, the first aid kit, medications, and the physical space was reviewed and inspected. A citation is listed on the violation notice. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that the first aid kits include the minimum required items.

Evidence: The first aid kit that was inspected was missing a triangular bandage. The kit contained one, but at a minimum 2 are required.
