Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:00am-11:00am. There were 3 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed watching television and being dropped off by parents. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
