Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 3:00pm-4:00pm. There were 7 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed playing in a room together. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
