Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:50pm-2:00pm. There were 4 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 2 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection.
