Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/6/22 from 11:15am to 12:15pm in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Three caregiver records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 8/22/22.
