Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 3/30/23 from 9:15am to 10:15am with the provider and one assistant. There were two children in care, ranging in age from 18-months to three-years-old, for a total of five points. Children were observed building block towers, playing with cars, and doing flashcards with a caregiver. Four child records, the provider?s record, two assistant records, one household member record, and three pet records were reviewed. The provider and two assistants have current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not give medication at this time but will be obtaining certification in Medication Administration soon so that she can give medication. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
