Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/15/24 from 8:17 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. with the provider. There were three children in care, ranging in age from two to 10-years-old, for a total of three points. Children were observed in free play. Three child records, three staff records, and two household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. There was no medication on site and the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
