Inspector Notes
On 2/25/21 an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted. Due to the Covid19 Pandemic this inspection was conducted via mobile video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There were 8 children present (26points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
