Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on November 23, 2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. In the care of the provider and two assistants were 11 children, ranging in ages from 6 months to 3 years (31 Points). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of personnel, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, training, physical environment, emergencies and nutrition. Two children's records, the provider's record and the records of two assistants were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
