Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, and virtual document review.
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 07/16/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 30 children present, ranging in ages from 5 months to 9 years, with 9 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records, 3 staff records, and 2 board members were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
