Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/06/2025 and completed on 11/13/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/05/2025 relating to allegations in the areas of supervision, and parental involvement related to daily records. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
