Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-40-M
Based on review of documentation, the center did not maintain a confidential, current and dated written list of children?s allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions that was accessible to all staff in each group or area where children are present.

Evidence: In the Infant and Preschool classrooms the posted allergy list was hanging on the front of a cabinet where the information was not kept confidential.
Plan of Correction: Move document to the inside of the cabinet.
