Inspector Notes
A code compliance inspection was conducted Wednesday, July 20, 2022. The inspection was initiated at approximately 10:30 AM and concluded at approximately 12:45 PM. There were eight children present, ranging in ages from five to nine years, with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Evidence:
Staff #1 was observed supervising eight school age children. Four children were observed playing in the school age classroom and four children were observed playing on the playground behind the building. Staff #1 stood in the doorway of the classroom and exit to the playground. Staff #1 stated she stands in the doorway while the children that want to play can play outside and the other children can stay in the classroom since it is so hot.
