Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 12/9/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 AM and ended at 11:20 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
