Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today. All rooms are in ratio during the inspection.
Injury reports, Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu, and the playground are all in compliance today.
5 child and 4 staff/Board officer records were reviewed.
Violations were reviewed with the Director during the exit interview.
Children were observed participating in a wide variety of activities, eating breakfast, and transitioning to the outside.
