Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Observed 7 classrooms in the center with direct care staff in ratio for supervision. Children were waking up from rest time, transition to hand washing and afternoon snack (animal crackers and fruit). Reviewed medication on-site, training for staff, 1 newly hired staff record and a sample of children's records as well physical space and emergency preparation. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
