An unannounced inspection was initiated on 10/22/2024 and completed on 10/22/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/17/2024 relating to allegations of staff supervision and establishment and implementation of procedures. This inspection included interviews and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
