An unannounced on-site complaint inspection was conducted on 7/21/2022. The inspector arrived at 3 PM and departed at 4:15 P.M. A complaint was received in the licensing office on 7/18/2022. The preponderance of evidence of forbidden action was not supported and complaint is not valid.
