Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:30 am through 12:30pm. There were a total of seven children (11 points) observed with one caregiver. A total of six children's files and four staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: morning snack, singing, watching a program on the computer screen, hand washing, and eating lunch.
