An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning 6/22/2022 and ending 7/26/2022 to investigate a self-reported incident received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding forbidden actions and behavioral guidance. Staff and child records were reviewed and staff interviews were completed. After review of all available information, no violations were cited during this investigation.
