Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff partially using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review. The inspector was on site on 3/16/2022 from 9:15 am-10:33 am.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/16/2022. There were 6 children present with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
