An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 26, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:05pm and ended at 2:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were zero children present and one caregiver; the point total was zero. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and one caregiver/household member records on-site.
This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
