Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on Thursday, October 26, 2023. The inspection began at 9:30am and concluded at 12:40pm. There were 88 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to 4 years, with 17 staff supervising. The inspector observed children napping, playing on the playground, playing with various age-appropriate materials, participating in circle time, working in centers, and transitioning from the playground to the classroom. The center's classrooms, bathrooms, buses, and outdoor playground areas were inspected. The first aid kit and emergency supplies, posted emergency contacts, and emergency drills were reviewed by the inspector. Medication is being administered, medications, and written authorizations were reviewed for the center's compliance. There were nine children's and nine staff's records reviewed during this inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1. The inspector observed a copy of the center's list of all children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions on front of a cabinet in the blue classroom. The list was not covered.
