An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on November 12, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:45 pm and ended at 3:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 116 children present and 20 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
