Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on October 7, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 113 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 11 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
