Inspector Notes

An unannounced focused inspection was conducted today. There were 6 children (13 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, attendance records, and 2 caregiver/household member records were inspected. Children were observed eating snack and looking at picture books. Diapering procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
