Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 12:30pm and 3:10pm. There were 7 children (16 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 caregiver record, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed finishing up lunch, and identifying colors and animals in both English and Spanish while looking at picture books. Naptime was also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

3Evidence:
The provider is not providing the children with opportunities for vigorous outdoor play daily. The provider stated she has not been taking the children outside during the day, as the area she typically uses, the backyard of the home, is not available due to the space being utilized for storage.
Evidence:
1. The most recent documented review of the emergency contact information for Child #1 was dated 1/3/2022.
2. The most recent documented review of the emergency contact information for Child #2 was dated 11/18/2020.
3. The most recent documented review of the emergency contact information for Child #3 was dated 5/03/2019,
Evidence:
1. Provider was observed giving the children milk prior to naptime. Child #1 was observed walking while drinking milk. Child #2 was observed lying on the couch while drinking.
