Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:19pm- 2:15pm. There were 5 children directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver records, 2 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed looking at books. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

The results of the search of the Central Registry for Household Member #1 were dated 09/18/2018.
Evidence:
The provider is not providing the children with opportunities for vigorous outdoor play daily. The provider stated she has not been taking the children outside during the day, as the area she typically uses, the backyard of the home, is not available due to the space being utilized for storage.
Evidence:
